Supported a plant start up for Barrel of Fun snacks - a division of Taffy's FoodsPlant had 20 packaging lines with 4 processing lines- Product lines were cheese puffs, kettle Chips, caramel popcorn, and corn chips.

Lead team and Sale Operations as operations resource. Project management through 3 different Distribution Mega Sites with DSD PrePick Operations. Tostitos, Fritos, Doritos, Cheetos and funyuns processing and packaging lines. Lead CI processes to improve efficiency and cost effective measures. Integration of ERP system at the DCs and manufacturing plant. Part of the internal auditing team for food safety AIB and Food/Security compliance in the California region which included 17 DCs and 2 manufacturing plants.Subject Matter Expert SME on warehouse systems, CI culture processes, and regulatory compliance programs- EPA, OSHA, FDA, and AIB.

Dispatched aircarft to pilots learning how to fly and/or renting aircraft. Assisted in record keeping and FBO duties. Operated as part 61 and 141 with rotary instruction and service.
