Comply with the Federal State and County Food Service guidelines. Expedite food and beverage orders to proper suites. Record food, beverage, and product inventory on a daily basis and rotate fresh products. Run order reports at the end of each event. Point of sales service, handling cash, checks, and credit cards. Manage multiple incoming food and beverage orders before and during events. Accurately perform a number of tasks that requires my attention to details and key points. Communicate with a large diverse group of people from many backgrounds both ethnically, socially, and economically Attends and participates in operations and safety training classes and demonstrates competence (demonstration of competence may be determined by exam). Wears and properly utilizes safety equipment in accordance with policy at all times. Supervise staff of 10 to 15 employees during shifts. Assist with customer care and support staff throughout events. Banquet and bar set up before events servicing during events and break down after banquet event is over.
