I am a development practitioner with project, people, client, and team management skills and several years of experience working in the sectors of citizen security and justice, state reform, and modernization and climate change.Building my career in the field of development, to date, I have contributed to the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key development initiatives in Jamaica; to include the National Identification System, Public Sector Transformation Programme as well as the Security Strengthening Project and the Citizen Security and Justice Programme and the Water Project Jamaica. I am a proud Chevening Scholar holding a master of art degree in International Development Management from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom and also a proud UWI Pelican holding a bachelor of science in International Relations.
