BIM Manager,, Chief Manager of BIM Division (Architecture, Structure, HVAC, Plumbing, Electricity, Road and Hydraulic Infrastructure and GIS) Develops the BIM Charter and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project in accordance with ISO 19650 standards. Implements and manages a Common Data Environment (CDE). Assists operational departments in designing projects and producing all project documents. Assists users in the use of BIM tools. Ensures the management of BIM models. (LOD & LOI). Documents BIM work procedures and modelling methodology. Manages archiving, data security and user access rights. Coordinates the distribution and exchange of BIM models with external partners. Acts as an interface and coordinator for external partners. Manages the interoperability between software. (Open BIM) Involvement in the process of project deliverables presentation and validation

Architect, Project Manager Responsibilities: Preparation of expression of interest and tender Management of several teams of BIM Modelers. Building Designs. Coordination of projects with all disciplines. Drafting and validations of deliverables. Development of animations and rendered Pictures. Sectors of Activity : Architecture: Air Terminals, Transport, Offices, Industrial buildings, Education, Health, Housing and tourism facilities. Urban planning – Urban development: City plans, Urban development Plan, Subdivision projects, Industrial developments - Tourist developments - Urban regeneration - Land studies.
