Scope of work includes large-scale infrastructure projects, primarily road networks, traffic studies, airports, and transport hubs mainly across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East / GCC.Main Duties:• Developing, monitoring, and controlling detailed design schedules (Oracle Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project).• Developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and baseline budget.• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.• Identifying, tracking, and coordinating project risks between the client and the design team.• Controlling and coordinating technical and contractual requests for information (RFIs) between the client and the design team.• Preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) to procure sub-consultant services.• Analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) to provide Go/No-Go decisions for prospective projects.• Preparing technical and financial forms for project proposals.• Implementing quality management procedures on projects, including the preparation/updating of project quality plans, risk registers, lessons learnt registers, and departmental/project performance metrics.• Providing project performance data for project audit review purposes.• Liaising and following up with sub-consultants to ensure the timely and adequate delivery of submissions and tasks.• Coordinating and liaising with stakeholders to obtain necessary data/input.• Collecting progress data and implementing earned value management (EVM) techniques and S-curves to track project performance and trend.• Performing time-impact analyses to substantiate time extension and additional effort claims.Main Projects:• NEOM Comprehensive Road Network Traffic Impact Study (TIS)• Poland Solidarity Transport Hub• NEOM Highway 55 Diversion• NEOM Bay Airport Expansion• NEOM International Airport• Qatar General Engineering Consultancy (GEC) Projects Show less
