Handling all logistics operations for my scope of clients from A-Z, on a daily basis efficiently by:-Arranging any worldwide shipping operations from and to anywhere around the world while ensuring the best rates and most suitable transit times (transportation model, best final clearance customs border etc.), follow up and provide any required documents for the shipping companies efficiently, preventing any delay penalties to insure the optimum outcome and thus client’s satisfaction.-Arranging for the optimal clearance process in all import and export shipments, starting before the transportation model (air/land/sea) arrives at the borders by making sure to have all required shipping documents complete and correct then arranging issuance of any pre-approval documents from any governmental institutions required by customs authorities.-Follow up the clearance process at the border and solve any circumstantial requirements which may arise.-Arranging for suitable transportation vehicles to transport the shipments after they are released by customs to the clients’ locations of storage.-Follow up with customs borders and main customs department or any ministry/governmental institution to issue any documents or approvals which are needed under our clients’ defined scope of works to streamline all logistics operations ensuring maximum client satisfaction.-Collect the delivery order (D/O) from the shipping companies when sea or air shipments arrive at the borders in a timely manner to avoid any demurrages & detentions.-Creating final invoice based on clients agreed rates and financing ceilings, then issuing to client.-Meet and discusses rates with 2PL & 3PL parties on a monthly basis to constantly update our deals and ensure best rates offered to our clients.
