Design and manage talent management strategies and processes to include assessment, development, performance, career management, and retention of top talent. Lead talent review process to strengthen talent pipeline. Measure and track progress of talent action plans. Responsible for succession management practices and results. Assist leaders with the creation of action plans and monitor progress.Work with key leaders to accelerate successful leadership transitions as an advisor throughout preparation, on-boarding, assimilation, and early transition phases.
