Transitioning from my role as Tech Lead to contribute to an exciting new project as part of a different team

- Leading a team of 3 in the successful delivery of multiple CRM projects, while encouraging good software practices including unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.- Managed the migration of the team's stack from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0.- Developing and maintaining various open and closed source CRM-related projects using LEMP stack (PHP, MySQL, Nginx).- Improved some development and deployment processes through the creation of automation tools using Bash.- Developing and maintaining a data import tool using LEMP stack. Also implemented several data integration projects between CiviCRM, Odoo ERP, and Salesforce CRM, using PHP and Python.- Improving and maintaining a client’s custom collaboration portal built with Microsoft .Net Framework.- Creating and maintaining technical documentations.- Contributing to recruitment and hiring process for the software engineer position, including reviewing CVs and conducting technical interviews.

- Wrote and maintained new features for the CiviHR Project, which is an Open Source HR Solution that is built on top of CiviCRM and Drupal (LEMP Stack).- Maintained and developed new extensions for several client projects that are based on CiviCRM/ Drupal (LEMP Stack).

- Built and deployed a CMS and news editing and collaboration tool for a large MENA based news agency using LAMP stack.- Maintained an existing application that allows managing on-air CG, which was built using Codeigniter (LAMP stack) and TitleBox API.- Rebuilt and redesigned the company owns website, as well as another MENA based news agency website using LAMP stack.- Built and deployed a tool using Python, which automates receiving WhatsApp messages from people, filtering them, and then pushing and showing them Live on TV for one of the company’s clients.
