The construction includes post-tension slabs and Ramps. 2)Science Museum Project and Geo-Climate Centre-KAFD, Riyadh, KSA - Three architecturally expressive science museums anchoring the new King Abdullah Fincancial District (KAFD): a five-story, 10,820-m² (116,466-ft²) Geo-Climate Centre, a four-story, 16,346-m² (175,947-ft²) Science Museum, and a six-level, 13,674 m² (147,189-ft²) aquarium with a theater, parking, and skybridges. The Geo-Climate Centre and Science Museum, linked by skybridges, share a 36,833-m² (396,467-ft²) public plaza and underground parking garage for 1,525 cars, and include a 300-seat IMAX theatre. 3)Gernada Mall Extension Project, Riyadh, KSAThe Granada Mall Extension Project consists of the construction of 3-story extensions with partial basements to the existing mall. The extensions are constructed adjacent to the South and North ends of the existing mall. The project also includes the demolishing of selected structures. The gross built up area is 63,200 square meters. 4)CMC Tower (Cayan Mefic Center Tower), Riyadh, KSA The project is in the city of Riyadh, KSA. Situated on plot no. 1576 with an area of 3,346 sq.m. at King Fahad Road, Al Malqa district. The total built up area for the building is approximately 19,186.50 sq.m. comprised of two basement floors, GF, MZ, 1st, 2nd and 10 floors more in addition to roof which are a post tensioned designed slabs.
