Main Responsibilities Actively participate in the development of the integrated mid and long-term technology roadmap plan, ensuring effective service delivery, provisioning and support of innovative and customized ICT solutions and services Be responsible to cascade overall integrated technology strategy to tangible IT architecture plans Monitor operationalization and effective use of revenue management systems,BSS, data warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms, billing and charging systems, revenue assurance platforms, CRM and mediation Define roadmap for implementation of service delivery platforms and digitization platforms ensuring innovative product development capabilities Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and servers Collaborate with appropriate business units to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs Develop and communicate business/IS alignment plans to executive team and stakeholders Identify Information Systems technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business Identify and manage relations with vendors, partners suppliers and third party providers Evaluate and identify appropriate IS platforms for delivering the company’s services Be responsible for CapEx management related to Information Systems projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Information Systems standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and development best practices
