• Assure that overall services of the Business organization are rendered as expressed in the Service Catalogue and aligned to business expectations; guaranteeing for both retained and outsourced services, the compliance and continual improvement to agreed service levels, while attending with priority to business concerns and requirements maintaining satisfaction among internal customers.• Build and maintain a healthy provider-customer relationship between the Country Business Organization and key CEMEX business stakeholders regarding to Financial and Technological Services (Order to cash, Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, etc) and to act as a voice of the customer among the Teams of US, Mexico and South America.

• Responsible of the transition of product costing process of Business Units of Cement, Ready Mix, Aggregates for Dominican Republic resulting in the valuation of inventories, determination of cost of sales , operating margin calculation and presentation and explanation of results as part of the activities of Month End Close. • Provide internal and external information efficiently in relation to operational issues, allowing inventory control, business operations, management and development of KPI's and compliance with internal and external guidelines (SOX).

• Responsible of managing the migration of module SAP Fixed Assets and perform accounting month end close process (Fixed Assets, Investments and Depreciation Accounts) and report to Corp.• Manage investment in process of the business units and ensure that the processes comply with International Financial Reporting Standards in relation to fixed assets.

• Transition lead of management of collections for customer accounts and follow up payment status of different entities in Latin America and USA.
