- Collaborate with Director of Supply Chain and Sales Executives for the most cost-effective logistics and supply chain solutions.- Negotiate transportation rates and services to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirement.- Track and trace all shipments to provide daily updates to Operations department.- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics and warehouse vendors.- Book inbound shipments, enter purchase orders, and track status through to delivery. As Demand planning at MSPharma Group – United Pharmaceuticals (Jordan – Amman)- Handling demand forecasts, Review historical sales trends, Review and updating Marketing forecast data, Interact with sales, marketing to understand demand forecast drivers, - Rolling forecast for 18 months- Create demand pattern for next 4 Quarters- Check the Confirmed sales orders which issued by the Agents.- Evaluating sales performance :- Orders VS Demand VS to market Budget- In market target VS in market Actual sales- Estimating the requirements of raw materials: Estimate, Create, Check & Adjust materials Purchase Orders, by reference to the market demand.- Facilitate the issuing of annual sales budget (in market + to market)Capacity Management.- Planning long term activities (preventive maintenance, implementation projects, FDA Visits ...etc.)- Inventory controlling, to make sure that there will be no out of stocks or over stocking.- Coordination with sales and marketing to maintain stocks levels safe for sale.- Coordination between production and sales to make sure that the production plans are aligns with sales trends.As Supply Chain Manager for Iraq project :- Project Planning.- Materials planning for all factories in Iraq. - Receiving the production plan for the requested period from the production planning or the forecast plan from the marketing and turn them into productive numbers can be studied and calculated .o Establishment the MF “Master Formulas” for the factories and Follow-up with planning officer . o Calculate the needed materials to be purchased according to the required Plan.- Purchasing :o Approving the incoming offers ,o Approving the issued PO’so Follow up with the purchasing officer the status of ordering the shortages materials and any required items to be purchased.o Follow up any delay on payment o Follow up any delay on issuing PO’so issuing the weekly purchasing report.o Issuing the used in items report to determine the purchasing priority ,o Follow up with agents o Evaluation of agents and suppliers.o Meeting with suppliers and agent to determine the best way for business and how to have the best process with the best payment terms.- Logistic:o Determining the priority of materials to be shipped.o Follow up with logistic regarding the receiving of materials and transferring them to Iraq , according to priorities .

- Follow the marketing orders from C.S.O to manufacturing orders for internal and external markets and tenders.- Develop annual plans,monthly plans, weekly and daily plans, and follow up the manufacturing plans.and preparing productivity reports.- Calculating the quantities required for each product and the preparation of its manufacturing and packaging materials and requests the shotage materials from the purchasing,- Follow-up the Tenders Orders and closing it.- Follow-up finished products on the stocks and the closure as their requests.- Issuing transfer orders for finished products from market to market as needed for all factories in the company.- Preparing the batches figures for freight shipment.- Processing reports as requested by operations and planning Director.- Prepare the manufacturing orders for all Factories.- Follow-up the packaging orders and to ensure their validity.- Coordination with the Departments (tenders and marketing).‎-‎ Closing the manufacturing year and preparation the ‎Yearly reports.‎‎-‎ ERP system coordinator and management.‎
