Provided medium/short-term plans for production units and sub-contracting bulk according to monthly schedules, availability of bulk packaging articles and raw materials, production hazards, headcount availability and various logistical requirements. Accurately planned and managed the required production material for monthly MPR provision. Efficiently managed logistics, departure of FGs, formulas, technical series and set up matrices.Provided optimized planning on PU tools while respecting rules and procedures to avoid breaches.Adjusted the production planning for the month in progress, achieving 1MM+ and 2MM+ while respecting the monthly planning cycle.

Assigned on Two regional projects for Gum & Candy categories affecting Central Eastern Europe.Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) portfolios. Led a cross functional team of 30 members throughout both categories development and products execution. Orchestrated analytical time plans for both projects, resulting in furnishing accurate launch dates. Managed risk assessments and push on the cross functions members to deliver on time.

Executed with excellence over 25 projects related to minimum of two major categories for both Egypt & Levant Efficiently and effectively managed all projects implementations related to the changes in finished goods portfolio.Contributed to the integration between Kraft and Cadbury after Kraft acquisition of Cadbury in February 2010 by applying the following: Successfully managed the full operation of Gum and Candy categories for Mashreq region.Led a cross functional team of 15 throughout all project phases.
