As part of my management consulting course, there was a real-life consulting project spanning over the entire semester. Teams of three took on the role of external consultants and we proposed, project managed, and executed a pro bono consulting project with Kelso Industrial Group. Additonally, each team was responsible for understanding the need, engaging the client representative, scoping the requirements, conducting analyses, providing client status updates, preparing their issue recommendations, and devising a detailed actionable implementation plan accordingly.
