Responsible for the creation and delivery of architectural designs and concepts of medium and large scale projects – both public and private clients. Involving in all stages of the design and construction process. Have the capability and knowledge to handle the project from concept design to production of construction drawings with focused consideration of the client’s expectation not only regarding the design perspective but also in terms of budget and building efficiency. * Produce unique architectural Pre-concept & Concept Design* Exhibit a thorough understanding of project design philosophy and provide input to shape design strategies* Seek creative and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges* Lead team and oversees timely and quality delivery of project design stages* Prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings and tender technical specifications* Lead client meetings to capture their needs and requirements* Coordinate across firm disciplines and third parties throughout the project lifecycle from inception to tender stage.
