• Develop and deliver actuarial events, providing students with actuarial education and career pathway advice.• Assist students in their learning journeys by delivering information sessions in conjunction with sponsors and the Actuaries Institute.• Facilitate and support cohort to build meaningful relationships to enhance camaraderie. • Highlight – Authored and published the annual actuarial subject review publication.

• Curate VCE curriculum specific lessons targeted to student’s learning abilities.• Effectively explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, leading to student confidence, participation and application.• Provide constructive feedback to encourage a growth mindset and learning potential.• Highlight – Coached and mentored students in years 10 – 12, with students achieving their educational goals.

• Designed, executed and delivered event strategies aligned with business objectives and budget guidelines to ensure key performance indicators are met.• Ensure seamless logistics in all aspects of the event including site selection, vendor contracting, marketing, advertising on social media and resource allocation.• Managed and led cross functional club committee meetings, recording and consolidating meeting minutes, to strategise and implement new and creative ideas.• Highlight – Recruited 103 new members in the first 3 hours of O-week on day 1.
