I provided Intensive Case Management in a Supportive Housing Apartment to individuals on the far end of the Mental Health spectrum and individuals on the extreme end of criminal activities. My role with the help clients maintain their housing by moderating their mental health, physical health and economic skills development. We also helped client transition from supportive housing in skid row to supportive housing in other neighborhoods. I am proficient in the use of Homelessness Management information systems: CHAMP and Clarity used in Southern California. I have completed Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Overdose Education + Naloxone Distribution EDUCATOR Training.
