• Implement and maintain inventory and material management strategies for all finished goods and raw materials• Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions• Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimise write-offs (finished goods and raw materials)• Close monitoring of unique raw materials and MOQ’s of component items• Setting priority lists where necessary and ensure adherence to Sales Order due dates and providing exception reports to key stakeholders• Provide timely and constant communication to key parties on raw material requirements and DIFOT expectations via informal and formal briefing sessions• Utilise all available systems and resources to maximise reporting effectiveness

Ensuring effective and efficient issuing of supply plan for 4 factories via: • Issue group factories supply plan and assure that country target is met. • Deliver Annual Sales Budget to all plant’s SCMs and highlight the outlines of developed corresponding production plans. • Handle export flow via receiving export orders, communicating them to the factory planners and holding weekly meeting to solve problems and communicate progress to demand team. • Ensures balance between supply chain logistics (i.e. Supply, Distribution,) and the plant by participating in the regular Forecast planning and review meetings. • Update capacity planning profile. • Analyzes production constraints and involve demand planners when change is needed. • Liaise with product care team to manage and monitor new products launch. • Monitors production daily progress and take in consideration any production plan deviations, as well as production efficiency drops, then update the plan accordingly. • Report sales and production performance to top management on daily basis, highlighting the market trends and production status.

Secure parts for production plan via: •Raise Purchase orders ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements from local and overseas suppliers.•Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements. •Control Stock at Warehouse and at Suppliers side•Raise replenishment purchase orders for damaged and lost material•Create statistical reports: o Gather, analyze and validate data. o Share data with relevant departments and external suppliers. •Run daily shortage reports to help expedite material, by coordinating with Buyers, Inspection and Planners to prioritize and expedite “Hot List” material•Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment for providing feedback to the production planners on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand. •Material Preparation for new model

•Issue daily production plan for four production Lines (Body, Paint, Assembly and Final delivery line). •Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.•Prepare and present daily production progress analysis meeting with plant MD and all departments’ general managers to review previous day production and take countermeasure for problems.•Coordinate with project managers and production to sequence manufacturing, assembly, and installation. (Plan and coordinate new models launching projects from prototyping manufacturing phase till SOP include production line and machinery installation and commissioning activities ) •Calculate and improve time and sequence for produced units.•Controlling the production units during new model or Minor change launching•Record & control Line stop.•Feed back problems to related department and get countermeasure.•Provide continual improvement of the planning and reporting processes. •Participate in project milestone meetings. •Essential planning required Daily / weekly / monthly / yearly / others
