- Providing customers with basic information on all bank’s products/services to increase customer awareness & ensure a high level of quality service.- Achieving assigned targets for the branch in both assets and liabilities to ensure that targets are met through walk-in, relationship building and depending of existing customer base and companies as well as new to bank clients in a transparent & ethical way.- Tracking customers’ inflows and outflows and contact customers to seek information on reasons for unexpected behaviors to maintain better-quality service level and meet set budgets.- Ensuring that every customer interaction is conducted as a superior service experience and in line with the defined CIB customer experience standards and bank service indicators.

Safety and Security team’s main purpose is ensuring that all safety and security related incidents that are reported by customers, captains, and colleagues are resolved with high quality and timely manner through handling the critical cases received through: social media, online reports, and live inbound calls.The main Safety and Security incident categories are:- Motor Collisions (Major/Minor)- Personal Safety (assault, theft, kidnapping, detention, physical or verbal abuse, substance related cases, medical issues & other dangerous behaviors)

- Answering or making calls to customers to know about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services and responding efficiently and accurately to them explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers, captains, and colleagues feel supported and valued to build lasting relationships based on trust and reliability.- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
