We bring people together and bridge differences through building capacities, raising awareness, creating opportunities, promoting success models and mentoring.After working more than 10 years in development advocacy and conflict resolution in the area, us, the SHIFT, team has built strong relations with the communities in Qobbe, Jabal Mohsen and Tebbeneh. These neighbourhoods have witnessed intense fighting were militias from opposing sides clashed on the streets of Tripoli. The fighting calmed down after the 2014 security plan implemented by the Lebanese army. The post-conflict situation and urgent needs of the neighborhoods pushed us to brainstorm ideas and come up with SHIFT as a cornerstone for reconciliation and development between the two conflict-torn communities. - Represented SHiFT in the stakeholders, community and external meetings- Prepared quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports- Led strategic planning and the design of new programs, projects and activities - Supervised the implementation of the programs, projects and activities- Ensured services for 4000 participants under SHiFT programs including business support, grants for small businesses, job placement, vocational training, apprenticeship, mentorship, & coaching- Implemented of 26 project with 19 different partners- Achieved a record of 150 volunteers and 35 team members joined the organization in 4 years- Established a community center of 9 floors including different facilities (Kitchen Lab, Media Lab, Digital Lab, Crafts Lab, rooftop cinema, co-working space, incubation center)- Established an operational center in the affected area after Beirut blast (August 2020) -

Otherwise smartphone users can download the application, search for a restaurant, choose what to eat and voila the food order is on the way, in plus they can monitor the status of the order, fill a survey and many more, all that in attractive and useful design.Many mobile application was made in our TechHub, serving clients from different countries.
