The Interactive Design Institute is the UK’s leading provider of online courses in Art and Design. IDI is a dynamic, innovative company which has revolutionised the delivery of accredited design education across the world through its unique online provision. As the Graphic Designer of the institute, I was responsible for the design of all the visual content across all the social media channels, like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the institute's blog as well as the website. This included a wide rage of skills, creating not only digital and print base static designs, but also animations and videos for branding and marketing purposes.My tasks involving this role were; - Digital marketing strategy, competitors and market analysis - Design of digital marketing elements such as, ads for Adwords, Facebook, etc. - Planning and Designing campaigns for social media such as, green week, open days, etc. - Email marketing, design of templates and landing pages - Branding, brand guidelines, logos, business cards, brochures and handbooks ready to print - Photography, Taking pictures during events such as graduation or tutors' dayAs the Video Coordinator, I was responsible for the video strategy, managing small groups for production of both, internal videos and marketing campaigns. My tasks involving this role were; - Recording (sound and video) - Pre-production - Post-production with Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition and After Effects - Animation/Motion Graphics - Measuring video successAdditionally, I collaborated creating Penguin Random House – The Writers’ Academy website www.thewritersacademy.co.uk. Where I was in charge of producing imagery and video content, as well as participating in the marketing strategy to create creative campaigns.
