In my role, I manage two primary responsibilities. First, I ensure the uniform and precise application of the brand identity across all platforms. This includes creating custom templates for various document types, designing business presentations for our technical teams, and offering graphic assistance for both internal and external marketing communications.Secondly, I provide graphic support to multiple global business lines for high-value projects. This involves upholding top-tier quality standards for graphic materials, aligning them with brand guidelines, creating tailored templates and packaging designs, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising print production. Additionally, I guide and assist junior designers in their tasks.

Luxembourg, Luxembourg

As a graphic/visual designer, I created landing pages and design layouts for posters, flyers, banners, stickers, icons and brochures, working on typography, color harmony and catchy graphic compositions. All designs consider the Docler brand, maintaining a luxurious, classy, high quality look and feel. My role involved managing multiple projects at a time while delivering refined designs to stringent deadlines.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

As part of the marketing, communications and work winning team, I was responsible for the conceptualization, development, quality check and final production of graphic design related materials. My responsibilities included internal and external presentations and proposal templates, bespoke proposals packages and marketing collateral. I also worked with various suppliers to ensure that production of material complies fully with the company guidelines and high quality standards.

Austria

I provided graphic support for TEDx events hosted in Vienna, Austria, creating relevant designs, logos, banners and ads aligned with the event themes.

Dubai Industrial City

In my role, I led the design and development of marketing material for both internal and external communications for a privately held conglomerate with a diversified business portfolio (Transportation, Manufacturing, Trading, Vehicle Maintenance and Joint Ventures). I efficiently managed the brand needs of the company by creating, delivering, editing and optimizing marketing materials that are consistent with brand strategies. I also identified, developed and executed communications strategy for key media contacts and customers.
