As a Team Leader I design and program Java software solutions in different areas, with several clients. I also create middleware solutions with SAP, other ERPs and third party software.I have more than 19 years of experience as a Software Solution Consultant, working as a freelancer and for various companies. I have developed custom software, infrastructure, and security solutions for diverse business applications, using technologies such as Java EE, Linux, Angular, and Web Services. I have also managed projects as a Software Architect and Project Manager, applying SCRUM methodology and leading teams of developers and analysts.In addition to my technical skills, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and promoting Java technology in Nicaragua. I am the founder and leader of the Java community of Nicaragua, a Developer Advocate, and an International Speaker. I enjoy participating in events, conferences, and workshops, where I exchange ideas, learn from others.
