I am the person who receive the client’s needs when traveling to local offices to provide the best possible experience (travel accommodations, local visiting, catering).Professional development in a plus 450 employees tracking on my current accounts, one of them is the one with the highest revenue in the company. Both clients were strongly affected by the pandemic, so the strategy needed to retain people was very important (industries: Transportation and Health and fitness).

I took several roles as a Talent Development specialist, starting as a trainee and then having the opportunity as full-time employee. Professional development for the company is the main goal of the department, so I was in charge with follow ups to all career paths, mandatory trainings and cultural events that involve logistics.I was also main responsible for the Momentum program, that program is the one in charge of the follow up for interns and their development since they join the company until they become employees.
