• Overseeing client services & operational activities of Cold chain & Dairy warehouse..• Responsible for managing 30 warehouse employees & 60 labor persons with 30,000 square feet dairy warehouse and 5000 square feet cold storage & fleet activities as well.• Respond to all customers’ inquiries and issues concerning work orders, invoices, inbound, shipments, inventory issues etc. and report customer feedback to the management.• Ensure implementation of standardized operational procedures and policies in accordance with best operations practice and company expectations.• Update the Warehouse Manager on daily WMS & Operational activities. • Ensure data that is updated on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is accurate.• Review physical documents (Advance Shipping Notification, Shipment Order and Receipt Confirmation reports etc.) generated by CSEs • Develop & Implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports as required• Coordinate with Operations / Transport Coordinators to handle customer requirements.• Coordinate with the Inventory Team on matters of system and operational discrepancies and stock replenishments. • Provides guidance and support to CSEs, conduct the performance appraisal and identify any training needs. Fleet Management:• Managing & controlling secondary distribution fleet management of 21 vehicles(Omor’e Ice cream) with collaboration and in absence of Assistant Manager Fleet • Monitoring & updating daily fleet reports in Microsoft Excel & SDMS (Secondary Distribution Management System) accordingly regarding, daily Trip sheet, Trip departure, Trip delivery, Fueling, Drivers Attendance, Toll Taxes report, Trip Expenses report and others reports relevant to fleet when required by the management & client also.• Make accident reports and initiate necessary actions in case of violations.• Conduct weekly/monthly drivers training and implementation of safety SOP’s while on Routes.

• Ensures all transitions accurately transmitted in WMS Exceed (Warehouse Management System Software).• Assist in resolution of operational issues and execution support.• Ensures quality and timely order processing delivery of customer orders.• Daily, weekly, monthly Inventory reconciliation.• Implementation of First in First Out system while ensuring quality and safety of stocks.• Responsible & maintain daily fleet activities regarding vehicles IN/OUT, mileage, fueling, driver attendance etc and route scheduling of vehicles, drivers as per client’s requirement.• Compare orders against the inventory on hand and in transit.• Understand & comply with company’s Health, Occupational Safety & Environmental Safety policies and SOPs related to the area of responsibility.• Contribute towards making the warehouse a safe place to work for everyone by reporting accidents and unsafe acts to the concern.
