I lead the execution of plans across 14 Independent Key Accounts and over ~3,000 Independent Stores. From creating customer selling materials, Special Packs, to meeting bi-weekly with the brand Product Sales Managers, to creating custom sales sheets, I was the point for my team to get things done. I owned the relationship with our broker partner, and assisted in creating custom materials for all of our Nat.Org brands. I managed and coached a permanent direct report and in the summer of '21, had 4 direct reports as I managed 3 interns.

I championed everything category related from new item decks, to category reviews, and sell sheets. While in this role, I became an EYC subject matter expert and created numerous selling stories and insights via this tool. I also assisted several Operating Units with data collection and category insights that drove the launch of some key General Mills new items.

I led a monthly office hours call that consisted of over 60 accounts, in which I created and owned the content of these meetings. I owned a weekly meeting with the Brand Product Sales Managers to coordinate execution of plans that included events, allocations, and new item launches. I also analyzed category metrics and field feedback for monthly Zone Leadership Team Reviews.
