Current• Manage full lifecycle of enterprise IT infrastructure services to support functions and ther IT service owners to achieve their goals.• Design, build, develop and manage enterprise IT infrastructure services with a core team leveraging the capabilities of supporting functions and ensure the retention of intellectual capital within South32.• Manage various service providers (internal and external) to design, build, integrate, run and operate enterprise infrastructure services to continuously tune and optimize the availability, capacity, service continuity and security of the enterprise IT infrastructure services.• Establish and maintain standards, polices, processes, procedures for enterprise IT infrastructure services to ensure that agreed Service Levels for all services are met and continuously improve the end user experience.• Plan and manage the Availability, Capacity, Security and Continuity of enterprise IT infrastructure services to enable Business to achieve their business goals.• Facilitate and drive a culture of Continuous Service Improvement within the enterprise IT infrastructure teams to enable continual alignment business requirements and industry trends.• Coordinate operational performance monitoring and event management of infrastructure and agreed applications to ensure early identification and remediation of potential issues.• Perform and/or coordinate resources to perform on-site or remote incident management activities, to restore services within agreed service levels or to maintain availability within agreed service levels.• Perform and/or coordinate resources to perform on-site or remote problem management activities to determine and resolve the underlying causes of incidents, within agreed service levels.
