• Plan and manage the Availability, Capacity, Security and Continuity of enterprise IT infrastructure services to enable Business to achieve their business goals.
• Facilitate and drive a culture of Continuous Service Improvement within the enterprise IT infrastructure teams to enable continual alignment business requirements and industry trends.
