I am a bioinformatics scientist with over 10 years of experience in research and teaching in the fields of molecular genetics, animal science, and data science. I have a PhD in computational biology from the University of Sutcu Imam Kahramanmaras in Turkey, where I conducted comparative bioinformatics analysis of omics in some animals, focusing on mitochondrial DNA and brucellosis resistance.I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at international conferences. I have also taught courses in biology, microbiology, and genetics at the University of Salahaddin and Job Seeker. I am proficient in Perl, Python, Django, Cytoscape, and other bioinformatics tools and platforms. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems and advance scientific discovery. I am currently seeking a new opportunity in the bioinformatics or molecular genetics field, preferably related to animal science or data science.
