- Review and update the business continuity policy for Bupa Global across the different regions and align with ISO22301 controls- Implement and update the business continuity management software- Manage the periodic risk assessment exercise of critical activities and ensure that adequate controls are in place to mitigate the identified risks- Manage periodic business impact analysis exercise of the departments/business units- Manage development, implementation and maintenance of the department(s)/business units Business Continuity plan (BCPs)- Implement incident and crisis management frameworks, including communication protocols and escalation procedures- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational resiliency and business continuity- Coordinate and manage incident response activities, including activation of emergency response plans, communication with stakeholders, and resource allocation- Implement operational resilience identification of important business services including the mapping and testing of each service.
