Responsible for the negotiation, execution, implementation, operation, and maintenance of contracts (current portfolio including companies like Honeywell, Axens, Johnson Matthey, RBC, J Aron.). Evaluated counter proposals presented by suppliers and other parties and presented alternative solutions. Provided functional support to end-users, buyers, sellers, and personnel on contracts related matters.• Review proposals conducted price analysis, reasonability of prices and updated price lists in accordance with the adjustment formula as set forth in existing contracts.• Identify where contract amendments may be required to cover contract changes and provide support in their drafting and submission.• Apply Power BI analysis to company’s data to trace and integrate operational activities related to Framework Agreement like logistics, purchases, etc.

Responsible for managing resources to identifying and execute trading opportunities in the physical and financial markets (Mexico and USA), including supporting physical assets, loads, and other transaction types.• Calculated the monthly net margin of the company, forecasting the natural gas demand, hedging natural gas volume and price, and applying the FX and provisions incur. • Managed large data bases in MS Excel of daily natural gas operations to choose the spot price in the market that reduce the impact in our spreads.• Consolidated the financial and operational information in Power Bi to asset strategies to optimize the portfolio and, finally, report to the Upper Management.

Responsible to coordinate operative and logistics duties of natural gas in Mexico´s South Region, supporting several internal departments and external stakeholders related to the interconnexion agreement between End Users and Mexico Government (natural gas).• Reviewed oil and gas technical documents from a contractual and commercial perspective to ensure compliance with federal government policies and practice related to Natural Gas and LN align with Mexico and FERC´s regulation.• Identify potential risks associated with contracts and work to mitigate them coordinating across departments teams (engineers, legal, compliance, etc.) to propose solutions based on the best practices in the field.• Prepare reports on contract performance and compliance for management review. This includes reporting to other publics agencies like PEMEX, Secretary of Energy to ensure they meet project requirements and comply with legal and organizational standards

Accountable for monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics, as imbalance indicator, which lead to develop and implement strategies to reduce -to minimum levels- the accounting debt, aligned to the federal regulation. To accomplish this, is mandatory to lay down payments amounts, expected timelines, and expected performance overall strategy with international trading counterparties. Finally, communicate the negotiation terms to the commercial operation team in order to execute the payment plan in kind.
