- Ford U71X development program (Industrial panel & doors - Lincoln Navigator/Ford Expedition) Responsible for the complete Mexico scope.- Interface between USA & Mexico teams, managing all production tools needed in each of the 3 Forvia MX plants, planning of pre-series trials in USA with all involved parties, direct contact with the customer.- Honda/GM R233 joint venture development program (Industrial panel- Honda Prologue SUV EV). Responsible for managing and leading the complete program, in charge of all aspects: financials, production tools, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, sales. - Responsible for the following production processes: cutting, sewing, gluing, foaming, wrapping of leather & vinyl inner automobile components for example: doors, center consoles, side door panels, driver airbags, shifter knobs, mid panels for premium customers like Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, Lincoln, Corvette, Cadillac, Audi, Jeep.- Collaborated with engineering department to introduce new products in the plant, driving innovation and market competitiveness.- Supervised a team of 280+ staff, providing training and development to foster a skilled workforce.- Reduced scrap by 15%. - Developed and maintained production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
