China State Construction Engineering Corporation ( CSCEC Egypt ) ( 2024 July – 2024 Aug ) • I worked on the Oracle system. • How banking reconciliation is done. • How to calculate VAT ( Table tax first & Second), Temporary Labor, Stamp tax, Engineering & technical stamp. • I learnt how to do bookkeeping on the system. • I learnt how their accounting cycle is done from receiving the document, checking the document to find which it belongs to which account, apply the theory of DR. / CR. and make the entry on the system. • I learnt about Labor law and its calculations. • I learnt about contract social insurance law for Subcontractors and its calculations. • I learnt income tax law how to calculate it and its penalty and what are the exemptions. • How to calculate WHT 1%, 3%, 5% ,its exemptions and how Subcontractors apply on the advance payments calculations and the penalty of it. • I learnt about Trade Finance ( import & purchases), types of payment terms ( CAD, L.C, T.T, Deferred ), relation between importer and exporter and types of (INCO TERM).

• l learnt how to deal with the suppliers and their delays in delivering the goods to the branches.• Follow up with the branches about the goods and any problems from the suppliers.• Update the prices, products names, companies’ names and barcodes.• Market survey and monitoring every competitor in the market.• How to write Emails.• The 80% - 20% method, target sales – target profit method and profit markup method.• Creation of new products.• Calculate the profitability and VAT.• Revise the paperwork.• Communication with suppliers, I attended deals with many suppliers.
