Northeast Core Network Engineering & Operations regional team responsible for the Fiber To The Cell (FTTC) and High Capacity circuits that utilize legacy and Next Generation transport data networks in the Upstate New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut territories.*Responsible for the management of the work flow associated with delivering 5G/4G fibers services to our customers.*Interface with regional access engineering teams to ensure their work products are delivered in a timely manner to support the installation of High Capacity communication services.

*Serve as SME for Service Management, LRF, RSD and Ericsson by assessing and making final decision on costly break fix issues.*Manage Fix Agents thru resolution for all critical service impacting issues.*Prioritize market issues based on customer impact issues in market based on impact to customers*Mobilize appropriate teams (Ericsson, Service Assurance, RSD, LRF, MPM, Care) to facilitate the fastest resolution of highest impacting issues.

*Provide market level performance data and analysis for CDMA, iDEN, EVDO, and 4G in Tri-State areas.*Drive Market level improvement efforts and resolve market level network performance issues.*Communicate market level performance issues and "get well" plans.*Support Sales Organizations in Business and Consumer & Solutions Engineering Teams for the entire Tri-State Area.

*Managed the Operations of iDEN network in Elmsford, White Plains, and Garden City MSOs which consisted of 8 Nortel DMS Switches, 2 Lucent Switches, Motorola Dispatch/Packet Data network and approximately 2000 sites.*Managed the Operations of Con Edison iDEN MSO that provided service to 8,000 employees for the power company.*Responsible for the implementation of iDEN and Switching equipment, oversee software upgrades and system expansions for these elements.*Responsible for service deployment of new Telco circuits such as PSTN trunks, DS3s, IMTs, and T1s.

*Lead a team of managers, supervisors and front line employees responsible for the implementation of iDEN and Switching equipment, oversee software upgrades and system expansions for these elements including equipment commissioning, testing and acceptance, turn-up, and post turn-up monitoring.*Accountability for expense and capital budgets, project completion, process supervision, vendor management.*Serve as liaison with internal and external customers to resolve operational issues.*Responsible for service deployment of new Telco circuits such as PSTN trunks, DS3s, IMTs, and T1s.*Specific functions include fault resolution in support of NETS/NNOC/MSO Ops for real time issues as well as analysis and trends of data to drive faults and alarms out of the network.
