Medical Science Liaison - Immunology
Current• Demonstrate an agile mindset through supporting the pre- and post-launch activities of different indications of Dupilumab, showcasing its value proposition as an innovative first-in-class biological treatment• Work closely with key Pulmonologists, Otolaryngologists, Pediatricians and Immunologists, to help reshape their management of Asthma, Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps, and Atopic Dermatitis• Map patient flow through the healthcare system, from origination to adherence, to optimize patient management accordingly• Support patient access through activating National Health Insurance treatment protocols, collaborating with the patient support team as well as non-profit organizations• Collaborate internally with cross-functional stakeholders and externally with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical institutions, scientific societies, health insurance, and other potential stakeholders• Help adopt the global brand plan and localize its implementation• Participate in several real-world evidence and data generation workshops to acquire and upskill the necessary knowledge to engage in potential research opportunities when available• Pursue global assignments in digital & organizational transformation, learning delivery, learning design, and medical capabilities development for my global and local colleagues• Facilitated more than 8 workshops for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as storytelling• Support Sanofi digital transformation and the adoption of 1CRM as one of the change ambassadors (1CRM Super User)• Mentor and coach new MSLs joining the medical affairs team during their onboarding phase and beyond
