Omari Holmes is a smart Journalism & Mass Communications major with hopes to jump into the field post graduation. During the years of both high school and college Omari did different things to build up his visual resume. His most proud work was as a videographer and editing intern for an organization called Capitol Hoops, who reports on all high school basketball in the DMV area. This internship required him to film full games and edit them into highlight videos, and the opportunity connected him with some very big players in the sports media world in his local area. Without having any more official work with a brand since pursuing his degree, he still upkeeps a photography page and plans to start up his own personal podcast in the summer. With not much experience in the field he hopes to succeed in, Omari is highly interested in any form of media internships to both improve his resume as well as his skillset.
