With five restarted schools under our management and enrollment at roughly 2,500 students, we are working to unlock the potential of Massachusetts students enrolled in the state’s most struggling schools.

behavior is a form of communication so my role is to effectively communicate with students who are struggling with making the right choice consistently and alternative ways to respond when the feel certain emotions. impatiently holding teachers accountable for checking in with students and building relationships with restorative practices because we need students to be in class as much as possible. finally but surely not least important, is building strong relationships with parents because a child educated only at school is and uneducated child and instilling this in our families and communities will build stronger school culture and also through the community in which we serve.
