In my work at Rackpeople, I've handled a wide range of tasks within IT and project management. I've managed Microsoft 365 and Azure services, implemented and administered Acronis Backup, and the Zendesk support system. Additionally, I've utilized Atera for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure. As part of my duties, I've employed Powershell scripting for automation and configuration. I've also been involved in Intune and Exchange administration, as well as overseeing project management and administration of Dynamics 365. Finally, I've worked on data governance by implementing and managing Purview.
