As a key member of the development team I was directly responsible for company growth and sales turnover. My primary focus was managing schedules/diaries, using the latest CRM Based Cloud Technology through Microsoft Office 365 and developing new business relationships through strategic consultative sales methods.I looked after the technical library, collation of data sheets and development of relationships with prospective and existing clients, assisting them with various technical queries. I spoke to contractors regarding specific requirements there clients ask for and progressed these into suitable solutions. These conversations consisted of negotiating terms with the client including cost, specification and suitable lead times.
