Responsibilities:1) Determines construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafts and interprets specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.2) Organise and direct site labour and the delivery of construction materials, plants and equipment, and establish detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.3) Perform calculations and analysis to ensure the structural integrity of designs and adherence to local, state, and federal engineering standards.4) Monitors changes to designs, assesses effects on cost, and measures, values and negotiates variations to designs.5) Support senior engineers in drafting plans, creating models, and designing infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and water systems.6) Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and identify any issues that require resolution.7) Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping, analysis, and project planning.Achievements:• Supervised the construction of 21 residential villas.• Supervised the construction of the infrastructure including sewerage, water pipes, drainage, electrical cables and gas lines in 2 residential compounds.• Achieved zero-error site work by delivering an ideal reporting system to the projects manager.Executed Projects:1.
