Bahrain International Airport Design and deliver an extensive cargo area, from landside operational buildings to airside infrastructure. Review and validate the Cargo Express area master plan, to provide project management consultancy services and tender management and project controls- Weekly interaction with the General Director of Bahrain Airport Company. - Design Coordination meetings on a regular basis with the VP of Infrastructure Development and Maintenance at BAC- Implementing PMO skills and Value engineering along the life cycle of the project.- Stakeholder coordination such as Electricity water authority (EWA), Civil defence, Bahrain Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, FedEx etc…- Support on Master Planning- Support on Design Development- Interpretation of the desired outcome into a detailed plan that can be implemented by a project team- Monitoring the project schedule.- Delegating tasks to team members.- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.- Ongoing reporting of the project progress- Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.- Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives.- Handling financial queries
