· Support technology department in hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.· Provide Help Desk support for end-users.· Install and update software, and manage licenses.· Assist with network setup and troubleshooting.· Maintain documentation and enforce security measures.· Offer user training and stay updated on technology trends.· Onsite installation of corporate and OEM hardware.

· Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting instructional, faculty, and staff workstations.· Provide in-person and phone support for faculty/staff for various issues. · Troubleshoot and resolve logon, printer, email, and application issues while utilizing team dynamic software for work orders.· Use of remote Desktop and Remote Assistance to help resolve many user issues. · Imaging, deploying, and connecting computers (PC's & Mac's).

· Labor management, including hiring and training associates, creating work schedules, delegating work, and evaluating employee performance.· Daily operations, included managing paperwork, analyzing weekly sales numbers, ordering supplies, and performing opening and closing duties.· Customer care, including greeting customers, providing prompt and helpful service, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

· MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.· PC Hardware: Configuration, installation, and repair of software and hardware. · Networking: Creating, testing, and routing network cables, i.e., RJ45 with Cat-5 cables.
