A daily shift production engineer who is responsible for: - Creating a schedule for production process during the shift to reach the highest production quantity with the best quality and detect priorities to be produced. - Assuring the presence of patterns and cores for the products to be produced. - Properly calculating the charge materials of different alloys to reduce time of melt and power consumption which will be reflected on reducing amount of additions added after taking samples to reach the target chemical composition. - Following up the process of sand preparation and moulding. - Following up the process of metal casting through different production lines whether two lines of DISAMATIC, BMM line or floor moulding. - Following up sections of preliminary fettling and final finishing.
