With over 20 years of experience in industrial engineering and business development, I am passionate about designing and implementing solutions that enhance innovation, quality, and continuous improvement for enterprises. As a Business Development Manager at Blackberry&Cross, a company that offers training, software, e-learning, and web content, I lead the business simplification and innovation process and serve as an instructor of Blackberry&Cross' training programs. I am motivated by the mission of Blackberry & Cross to help customers achieve their goals and overcome their challenges through effective and engaging learning experiences.In my current role, I leverage my skills and credentials in manufacturing process improvement, new business development, and problem-solving to deliver value-added services and products to our customers. I have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and three certifications from ASQ and APICS: CSSBB, CPIM, and CQE. I also published a module on Industrial Statistics using Minitab Statistical Software in 2015. I have successfully helped my company partner with Indium (as an Intel Costa Rica vendor), Minitab, Prezi, MindJet, Decisioneering (Crystal Ball), iSpring Solutions, PQ Systems, Climbs, Nexsys, Intcomex, Microsoft, Routsis Training, and MoreSteam, providing them with VAR solutions and training.
