This experience gave me the opportunity to define, direct and supervise the execution of more than ten projects focused on Managing Communications with clients (CCM) for important companies in the insurance, telecommunications and government entities of Peru and Latin America.Among my main achievements is having reduced the time and cost invested by companies to design, generate and distribute communications to clients; allow employees to focus on other relevant tasks, and improve the Customer Experience (CX) thanks to omnichannel communications.
