• Managed clients engaged in Initial Public Offering (IPO) proceedings, conducting legal due diligence, preparing comprehensive legal due diligence reports and legal opinion in correlation to the IPO and preparing the responses for Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).• Led a financing project related to an IPO plan between the underwriter, the listed company and its vendor, and overseeing the successful execution of the project.• Handling a general corporate and capital market matters.• Drafting and reviewing agreements in a general corporate matters and also relating to a capital market matters.• Conducted legal research to meet client needs, catering to both private entities and state-owned enterprises (BUMN). • Achievement- Effectively communicated with clients and other stakeholder to provide tailored legal advice based on their specific needs.- Successfully compiled legal due diligence reports, legal opinions, and responses to inquiries from the OJK and IDX in relation to an ongoing IPO project, in a timely manner.

• Handling now 20 (twenty) Areas, or a Zone where I am responsible in coordinating and solving all legal and industrial relations matters. • Answering all legal and industrial relations question and problem from all the Zone. • Challanging me to be more agile in handling cases and require me to understand the legal basis in handling Industrial Relations Dispute.• Achievement- Revising the payment structure in all of the areas so that it is in accordance with the law and still in-line with Company’s needs.- Creating a coordination flow between Marketing, Legal and HR Department for handling Legal and Industrial Relations matters

• Handling 5 (five) Areas for its Legal Matter, such as its Agreement with any Vendor and also cases that happened, such as Fraud cases for Public Law and Industrial Relations Dispute for the Civil cases, and all the documents needed for it. • Learned on how to work in a team, how to communicate effectively, how to work most efficiently and be responsible with what I have done.• Achievement- Be the Person In Charge to handle multiple OPPO International Agreement, since it will use my English skill (notable agreement: Promotional Agreement Disney x OPPO for Thor: Love and Thunder).- Collaborate in creating a new work flow.

• Handling multiple client in a corporate matters. • Conducting legal research, legal drafting, legal audit on corporate matters, act as agents of the corporation in various business transactions such as Media Advertisement and Coal.• Representing Client on Court. • Doing a Legal Audit for one of our client where I was in charge in handling the document checking. • Learned on how to work under pressure and manage my priority since I handle a lot of work, such writing Legal Brief (Duplik, Memori Banding, etc.), creating a Legal Opinion and Finishing Legal Audit (document checking), that must be done in very short period.• Achievement- Finished all the document checking in Legal Audit with a tight deadline.- Helping one of our client in successfully done a Corporate Restructuring – the act of significantly altering the structure or operations of a business to increase profits and / or efficiency such as “PKPU”.

• Arbitration CaseHandling a client that had breach their contracts and had been sued to BANI. I work with a team of Lawyers to analyze the contract, and drafted several legal documents, such as the respondent claim for Arbitration and also the Settlement Agreement where I also have taken part in the mediation process between my client and its counterpart. I also was responsible in all communication with the client. • Mediation CaseWorked on gathering the data from our client whilst also drafting most of our mediation letter and Settlement Agreement.

Assisted counsel in preparing answers, providing documentation and information for discovery request. Helping the firm's Partners on case No.Ol/Pdt.Sus.Pailit/2019/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst by doing Legal Research and Legal Writing. Being a part of the team that won a bankruptcy case that was filed against our client.
