The QuestBridge Scholars Network (QSN) Chapter President role (previously known as Liaison/President) is a year-long position that makes a lasting impact on the QSN community at each QuestBridge college partner campus. Through collaborating with Quest HQ, campus administration, and the President Cohort, this role is vital to advocating their chapter needs and building a strong community as part of a national network.As president, I direct and schedule all Executive Board and Chapter Board meetings. I also collaborate with Quest HQ to connect the chapter with national resources and initiatives. Under my leadership, I was able to lead the MIT QSN Chapter to its first Spirit Showcase win, and beat out 47 other top universities to establish our chapter as the best in community, culture, and spirit during my inaugural year.

As First-Year Representative, I served as the liaison between First-Year class and the MIT QSN Chapter Executive Board. In addition, I composed a monthly Newsletter with resources and events for that month.

Within the Customer Satisfaction Launch Readiness team, I created a custom auditing tool for Toyota’s Connected Technology Support website, which sees over 50,000 monthly Toyota customers and 15,000 monthly Lexus customers. After conducting my audit of Toyota’s support site for in-market Connected Technologies (head unit tests, OneApp tests, and connected services testing), I onboarded a new full time hire to maintain and improve the tool once I left.In this role, I also coordinated and led Launch Readiness meetings with key corporate stake holders at our North America Headquarters and engineering Feature Planners stationed in the North America Research & Development Headquarters. I managed and developed the launch timeline of a key upcoming Toyota product using Jira, supported stakeholder and engineering communications, and assisted with technical demonstrations of the product.

Updated and documented a new total cost of ownership tool that compares over 4500 different options for fuel cell configurations using Excel and VBA for Toyota’s heavy duty fuel cell technology, currently deployed for use in sales and research and development for current and future customers.Developed benchmarking and data analysis plans using Excel and MATLAB to gather transmission efficiency data and compare supplier data for Toyota’s heavy duty fuel cell powertrain in collaboration with Fuel Cell Development.

Assisted in front desk operations, including package delivery, package receiving, and item checkout during New Vassar's first year of operation as an MIT dormitory.

4th–6th Grade Special Education Teacher Assistant. Aided in instruction, grading, assigning homework packets, distribution of materials, and various other classroom activities. Originally a 2 year commitment with ABCUSD and Artesia High School via the Cerritos College President Scholars Academy, my position was interrupted by COVID-19.

Through various digital platforms and a custom website I contributed to, I advertised the business online, servicing customers who would come in to check on listings posted online.
