Responsible for the daily operations of our Healthcare services provided through different activities including outreach campaings and fixed clinics.My work entails development of internal working procedures to improve effectivness and efficiency of work inclduing:- Scheduling of activities and streamlining different activities to improve referral win rates and integration of multilple activities (managed to improves the referral win rate of our outreach campagins from 59% in 2018 to more than 82% be the end of 2019)- Adapting operational plans for COVID-19 circumstances, developing prevention and safety working protocols and develop work schedules to optimize utilization and increase efficiency leading to 40% improvement in financial performance for our healthcare operations during 2020 compared to 2019- Supporting the initiation of new ERP system to integrate different work activities and improve reporting and accountability.- Developing internal system for classification and management of eyeglasses inventories.
