Author of ISO 9001 para la Construcción, and Gestión de los Riesgos Técnicos en la Construcción. These books explore ISO 9001 and PMBOK Guide - Risk Management Section by making a hermeneutic studio of these standards. It implied the revision of the standard's original english version, for the sake of getting a better comprehension, since there is a lack of meaning when translating the standards into spanish. Likewise, the books bring practical examples and revision of construction and related industries cases.

I presented a management approach specifically tailored for BIM Management, which was in line with the execution of our Risk Management and Quality Management Strategy.I aligned the existing Risk Management processes with our lessons learned process in place. This meant that events related to lessons learned could be thoroughly analyzed to understand their root causes. It made possible to assess the risk of these issues recurring and evaluate their potential impact.I also conducted an assessment for non-compliance recurrence within the program. This involved auditing the processes implemented by the PMO in PEIP-EB (Bicentennials Schools). This assessment allowed us to establish action plans and conduct root cause analyses to define corrective actions. This proactive approach helped to prevent recurrence of materialized risks and non-compliances, as part of the Risk Management process.Additionally, I developed the contractual content for preventing the risk of technical non-compliance, such as quality non-conformities. This included defining deviation reports as a tool to address and prevent technical non-compliance issues.Furthermore, I provided guidance on risk management within BIM management, particularly in assessing the risk associated with project completion based on the status of 3D defect-free models.Lastly, I provided support for the internal risk management processes of the UKDT in the healthcare sector.
