Was responsible for a team of 4 software engineers and I’ve worked on multiple projects like (National Bank of Egypt, Banque Du Caire, The United Bank, Banque Misr, Arab African International Bank) and other projects abroad like (Absa bank in South Africa and AUB bank in Bahrain).My role included• Demoing the product and developing a POC with as many features as we think the client would be interested in purchasing.• Working on the scope of work document.• Gathering requirements from the client in order to finalize the SRS document.• Onboarding the customer on the product.• Planning sprints and peer reviewing the team member’s work.• Implementing both the server side of the application on windows or redhat servers, and the client side of the application on the ATM machine• At the end training the client on the new product and how to use all of its features.Achievements• Improved the training process of the new hires and made content for the whole training period.• Suggested moving all our on-premises servers to Microsoft azure in the lock down period so that all the team members can have access to them.
