Specific Responsibilities:• Represent the Property Team (regionally) on the PropFin project.• Work with end-users to support process improvement and where possible replace manual tasks with workflow and automation• Work with regional SMEs to understand regional specific processes whilst supporting the consolidation of Group level operations and data• Work with the Solutions Architect on the data migration strategy• Source, clean-up and consolidate data to prepare for the migration from legacy systems to MRI X• Conduct system testing and support other users with testing in their area of expertise• Understand the use of property reports and support the build of reports in MRI X• Conduct ad-hoc end-user training• Partner with the Business Transformation Manager to build a network of champions/superusers to assist with change management and long-term support of new systems• Knowledge share to support other regional rolloutsPersonal Specification:Experience and Skills:• Experience of financial management of commercial property including debt collection, service charge, lease management and tenant relationships (including at the data level)• Excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills for data management• Strong skills in building and managing reports and an interest in analytical insights• Process-driven with a desire to use technology to drive productivity and business development• Ability to build strong and credible relationships with other users across the business• Strong work ethic, initiative, accountability, and ownership to deliver business value• A track record of delivering results, with a project mindset of meeting deadlines and milestones
